I am Russian MD, just completed Excelsior College RN program. It took me 2 month to take 11 exams (Paerson VUE centers) and 3-day CPNE test (clinical performance in nursing examination). Expect 6-8 weeks for your diploma evaluation (through ECE), plus 6-8 weeks credentials evaluations by Excelsior College, after you finished your 9 nursing components computer-based exams expect to wait additional 6-8 months to take CPNE test (passing rate around 60%). You can put yourself on cancellation list and take CPNE within the next 3 months (I did this), next 4-6 weeks for your transcript to be ready, and additional 4 weeks for official graduation date. Well, Graduation date is 2 months after completion of the program.
