thanks for the post!=) i send mine first week of march too, also via registered mail.. but up to now it is still inactive ... im really bothered that the vt bon might not have received my renewal form and bank draft.. i also ticked diploma instead of baccalaureate.. hehe.. i really thought that they might return my renewal form for that.. but i guess it was okay.. ill just keep on checking their website for my license status.. i hope that it will be okay soon.. im really scared that my letter might have been lost.. thanks for the post! i mailed mine first week of march but until now my license is still inactive.. i think they didnt received my form and bank draft.. i didnt receive any letter or email from them if i forgot to send any documents or if i had done errors completing the form.. shoot.. where did my form and bank draft go?! i also didnt receive a username or password from them.. why? did they gave u that? also where are you from?

thanks for the response.. but i did send my renewal form together with the bank draft paying the $95 renewal fee last march 4, 2009. and i checked their website a while a ago and it says there that my license was inactive. im afraid that my renewal form nd bank draft might have been lost in the post office. when did u send ur renewal form? have u checked the website regarding the status of ur license? sorry for the bother.

ok.. thanks for the info.. i ticked the wrong answer and i already send my application yesterday..=( ill just wait till they send back my application for me to correct it.. i requested my bank draft at BDO but im not sure if u can send it overseas..

whats the difference between diploma and baccalaureate?

i wrote bachelor of science in nursing.. but im not sure if its correct.. what did u tick on the highest level of nursing education u have completed? did u choose diploma?

i had it renewed.. the form doesnt say anything about having the license inactive..

i received it the other day. you dont have to request for it, the bon sends it to all the licensee. but in case that u dont receive urs. u can download the form in their website. its already available there.

hi! i recently received the renewal form that vt bon sent.. there are some questions there that im now sure what to answer.. 1st: about child support, i was planning to tick the answer: i am not subject to a child support order. since i dont live in vt and i do not have a child to support. 2nd: tax compliance, ill answer: i have never lived or worked in vt and do not owe vt taxes. because im still in the phil. 3rd: unemployment compensation, this does not apply to me because i am not now, nor have i ever been an employer in vt. because again im still in the phil. are my answers correct? sorry for the bother.. thanks in advance..

what will i write on the working experince part? i received an email from vt bon and it says: "If you have received your 1st VT license within the last 2 years and you are working any where in the world as a nurse please list the name of the facility, address, to and from dates of employment and the number of hours you’ve worked as an RN." CAn i use my current training in place for the working experience? i can't leave the working experience part blank because the email also says: "To renew your current VT RN license you must answer every question on the renewal form. You can not write “N/A” for any of the legal questions." what should i write? thanks for the reply suzanne!=)

hi! i would just like to ask. i graduated last 2007 and passed nclex last april 2008. i need to renew my license this coming march 2009. im currently unemployed but on a training as a nurse in a hospital.its a requirement before being hired. can my vt license be renewed? can i use the training as my working experience? a reply would deeply help. thanks in advance.

this is also my problem. i am still unemployed but on a training in a hospital. it is a requirement there, and after my training i have to wait if they will hire me. i dont know if i can use the training as my working experience for the renewal of my license. someone told me that u need to be currently working as a nurse anywhere for the vt bon to renew ur license. i emailed the bon but still waitin for their reply.

thanks for the reply suzanne.. i've been thinking hard about having my scores rechecked this pass few days.. i guess ur right, a score of 6 to 7 is almost impossible (or not, if im really lucky), i think i should focus now on re-taking the test and practice more for speaking.. i hope i can pass my second try.. thanks again for the advice, it really help alot!=)

i received my ielts result reccently and i did not attain a passing score for the speaking test, my examiner gave me a 6. my other subtests score were ok but i need a 7 for speaking.. if i apply for a remarking/enquiry on test results for my speaking, is there a chance that it can change? please can someone who experienced remarkin or know something abut this matter help me.. ur help will be deeply appreciated!

the first page of the form that should be filled up by the applicant, it says, I worked in ________________________________ as a __________________________________ for _______ years. City/Country Profession Specialty Number.. i dont know what to write in it coz i dont have any working experience yet.. what do you think i should write? i know its a stupid question but i dont want to fill in wrong answers.. i had a reply before that i should complete it with zero..
