She was with me during the interview.Is it not applicable for her the FOLLOW TO JOIN visa? What this mean?

To anybody who has any idea about this case.Please I need an information or point of view.Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.How about for my wife's visa.She is included in my application but the problem is she is in UAE right now and Im sure she cant come home for that because she just left last month.If ever they will not issue visa for her what will be my next move for her to be able to be with me in the US?And how long will it takes?

hello blue sapphire.i have same sentiments with you.we had our medical, interview last july 2005,but because of something bad happened we werent able to complete the other docs.because of that we had our re medical,re interview,re submitted ds250 last june 2007 and completed the lacking docs including our passports last august 16,2007.our pd is april 2004.still no visa issued.i called the embassy and inquired about the status but they only told me to wait for the retro to be lifted. im still hoping and praying that something good will happen to us nurses this 2008.god bless us all. to silverdargon102:what do you think on my case?is there any possibility that we can get visa this year?is it true that they are issuing visa even your pd is not current or sched to be processed?

My friend took and passed the CGFNS exam last March 2003, but she wasnt able to obtain her certificate due to lack of English profeciency.Is her exam result is still valid until now? She is planning to take IELTS this coming December.

hi pampangga kid.When we submitted our lacking docs they did not mention anything about the visa availability/PD.They just acceptted it.Did they return her/his passport?

Hi monroe,we just completed our lacking document(passports and new employment offer) last aug 18,2007.Have you receive your visa?Are we affected with the retrogression?We must continue to pray for our visa issuance soon and be in the US this 2007.

Hi Suzanne,Im just a newbie here.I want to ask also our case.We had our interview last July 2005,paid for all the fees including the fee for the courier (if the visa will be released) but there were some documents to be submitted but we are not able to comply because of something happened(accident) to me.We rcvd a letter from embassy,a list of documents to be submited and they gave 1 year to comply.To make the story short July 2007 is the deadline.On June 2007 we submitted all the documents including the new DS230,had an interview with the consul(again)on that same day and she asked us to submit a new passport and a new offer of employment from my employer.Submitted our passpots and new offer of employment last August 18,2007.Are we affected of retrogression?Is there a possibility that they will issue us visa soon?
