I finally know what METHODS mean sheesh... M-edicine E-xercise T-reatment H-ealth Teaching O-ut patient follow-up or check-up D-iet S-ex(sexual activity)

just did none of them even knew... everyone keeps telling me that their instructor didn't tell them to do METHODS coz no CI really knows so.... i asked the CI whose instructing me to do it and she said she doesnt know also *.* sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo i went to GeniuS DeaN and made an appointment... she sez that she'll have time for me NEXT week(well i need the METHODS now) and im in trouble so i went to ask some friends who knew people who graduated from her school... my source said if everything goes well she could give me an answer tonight.... i hope.... NOTE sorry for the complaining... really its just seemed unfair... OK OK no more 'emo'-ing around and YWPUOIYSH

Apparently Big D has a different format also since she added pathophysiology anatomy and physiology personal and mental status clients present and past history lab exmas taken and results ans so on... AND YES YOU NEED THIS IN A CASE STUDY YNUWGO

it means i start out with m-medicine e-'dont know' t-'dont know' h-'dont know' o-'dont know' d-'dont know' s-'dont know' which was never taught at school nor could i find it anywhere... also i now realize that case study itself was never taught... im in deep feces.... i get the idea of the discharge planning thanks to you but the format of discharge planning created by our big d... *sigh* nobody gave me the meaning of methods in school... and i have to pass a part of case study every week.....
