No... just research the market and get license for the type of agency you want to start.

I know about all the government requirements needed to start a home health agency but how do I put it all together..Do you have experience in starting a home health care agency? How do I seek staffing & is there government funding available?

I am interested in doing business in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area. I don't have any policies and procedures in place. I have started writing a business plan but it is a ruff draft. I would really appreciate it if I can see your policies and procedures. I'm currently working on a company name. I have several in mind. I apologize for my lack of business knowledge. Thanks for replying to me so prompt..I am interested in starting a nursing agency that provides staffing to under staffed healthcare facilities; ex. hospitals, nursing homes. etc...I would also like to be able to provide care to home patients. I will employ RN's, LPN', & CNA's. I have the Idea and the drive but I am lacking guidance. If you will be so kind to help me structure a plan on how to go about starting this business it would be GREATLY appreciated....no I do not know much about staffing or contracts.
