consider this... (2007), Davis, P.D. & Kenny, G.N., Basic physics and measurement in anesthesia. 5th ed. ~it is one of the books we used in class and I found it to be very helpful as well as easy to understand. best wishes!

Hi Andrea! I recently wrote a 10-page paper regarding political aspects of anesthesia. I included HR 6331/S 3101- the Medicare Improvements for Patient & Providers Act; HR 1932- the Medicare Academic Anesthesiology and CRNA Payment Improvment Act; and PQRI- Physician's Quality Reporting Initiative (Pay for Performance). Hi Leprechaun! Go to www.pana.org, it is the Pennsylvania Association of Nurse Anesthetist's web site. On the left hand side, click on 'student activities' on the left. Go to 'care plan links'.
