    Actually, Northern Michigan Hospital is in Petoskey, MI. The hospital system in Traverse City is through Munson Healthcare, and the hospital is called Munson Medical Center. It has a very good reputation, and I have many friends and acquaintances that have delivered there and been very happy with the care they received. Good luck!

    Me too! I'm 36, and will be finishing up my pre-req's this fall and applying for Winter 2008 start for the ADN program. I am married and have four kids - 13, 11, 9, and 5. The hardest part was taking that first step - now I'm almost there! (I hope!). I also have a part-time job with our local hospital in the ER as a PCA/Unit Clerk (one night a week of each). I love it, and it has given me some great experience and shown me that I'm on the right path! :)
