    wa, guys i need help.. im a quite bit new in Making NCP's i need an ncp for DHF patient.. well the problem is, i was assigned to this patient on the verge of getting well. so she will be discharged tomorrow. i cant even think about a nursing diagnosis for the present situation, cause she is not on febrile state, diet is good as tolerated, and etc... can you think of any nursing diagnosis?
