  1. Kaplan's question bank and question trainer is really good. but i wouldnt recommend the inclass review because they just review the question they solve. mine was 2wice a week for 4 weeks. everyday the instructor solved 75 Qs, and he was going really fast that i couldnt really catch him. their review book is pretty good and easy to understand. i wish i could have spent more time on the kaplans book, but i focused on solving as much Qs as i could and didnt work. at the end of kaplans book there is a review section for common meds. i should have just memmorized the whole section, cos nclex asks crazy amount of pharm questions. good luck.
  2. i found out that i failed today, and i was a good student in college, i took the kaplan review and studied. but... computer kicked me out on 75. let me tell you, the half of the questions were meds, so focus on memorizing as much meds as possible. the other half was, prioritizing, med-surg and infection control. it asks alot of precaution questions. one thing that screwed me over big time was that the comp asked me a question that i had no idea of, after i got it wrong it shoot me with 8 same subject questions in a row. so study on your weak spots. there was no dosing, but it gave me 3 I/O calculation questions. it didnt give me any maternity or peds. maybe one psych like how the nurse's responce should be. and most of all, DONT PANIC. cos that makes you forget even the simplest things like how many ml is one oz :) consantrate on meds and your weak spots and you ll be fine :) good luck
  3. well.. I just found out I failed.. Its not like i havent studied. I took the review course, i studied but the stupid computer did something i never could have thought. it asked me a question I definately have no idea about. probably i got it wrong then it gave me at least 7, 8 questions in a row from the same exact subject. also i guess the half of the test was meds. most of them were the ones that i never ever heard of. besides, no peds, no matern. , no dosing. it kicked me out on 75, i mean, i was an A student in college, its just unbelievable.
