I have not applied for the visa screen, just to confirm if i am okay this is my plan 1. nclex 2. visa screen 3. look for lawyer 4. apply for job am i on the right track???? please need your advice. In case i get a job offer and do not have all my paper work processed with in the one year do i have to go back to school or risk being out of status??? Is a private hospital better than government in terms of sponsorship?? I am a bit confused most of the threads claim that it is important not to tell your prosepective employer that you need sponsorship, but won't they realise that when you apply for the job with your ead??? What is the time period in filling for the visa screen, do I have to have it before applying for the job??? Thanks
