i am still undecided with California, massachusetts, and illinois.. do you have any recommendations? i find it hard to decide...

i browsed the CGFNS website. and there is a page there that listed the states and their requirement for CGFNS certificate and others such as the credentials evaluation. http://www.cgfns.org/files/pdf/maps/sbon_req.pdf you mean to say this is not updated? can you give me a list of the states that do not require CGFNS anymore? California is the only state i know... hope i dont bother you so much..

will the CGFNS certification program preserve the IELTS??? is it true that if you hold the certificate, it would be an advantage since you can be admitted to any state? what are the requirements for licensure by endorsement? will the CGFNS certificate be advantage to the endorsement, being a foreign nurse? i really hope somebody could help me with this....
