  1. Good Morning Karen, I received your last post with your e mail address on it, and somehow I have managed to delete it, could you possibly resend it I would be extrememly grateful Anne
  2. Hi Karen, Nice of you to reply, can you tell me were you are working and what you do out in the community, we may be able to share some experiences I am currently undertaking the nurse practitoner course, Anne
  3. It does not matter if your a nurse or not, you still have right and beleive me you have two choices that I can see, one of them is to leave and the other is to stand up to her, get legal advice if you have to, bullying and harrassing people is outlawed these days,
  4. It sounds to me that she is not a nice person are people allowed to behave like that these days, I know it is easy for me to say, but tell her to go sling her hook and that you are going to Human Resources if she does not change her attitude believe me in my experience that works and document all the times that she has been nasty and unresonable. :)
  5. Good evening all, It has been quite a while since I have been here and I am still not at all sure that I am actually doing this right. I am at present working in an accident & emergency department in the role of prevention of admission and also rapid response in trying to stop them getting as far as te hospital and managed in the community. The reason I am writing is to see if anyone uses or knows of a tool that can be used in managing risk. I would be grateful for any replys. Anne
