  1. Hi Mads Mads! You can just put Continental Testing Services. That's the agency where the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations downloads all CES reports.
  2. Hi! I took the board exam last June 2007. I've heard that the results will come out late August of this year. I'm just wondering if I can already apply for NCLEX. I am considering Arizona for initial licensure, which apparently requires CES. In the CES application form, a licensure information is asked. A reason is also required if you don't have any license. My question is, can I just say that I have no intention of practicing here in the Philippines or should I tell them that I am still waiting for the exam results...I can't think of any good reason...will the CGFNS check if I sat for the local board exam? Thanks.
