  1. In the same situation, in the Philadelphia area looking for new graduate jobs. Nothing offered at all, i personally walked into most of the city hospitals asking, but they are on a hiring freeze. Goodgrief, would appreciate the info, i don't know how to PM
  2. yeah i know what the program is like and how hard it will be. My girlfriend is in the Drexel Co-op nursing program, and their curriculum/workload is much higher than most nursing schools around philadelphia area. I talked to an adviser at Drexel, brought my transcript, we talked and said that I still need some pre-req classes and if I do well in those I will have a good chance. So i'm enrolled this summer session and next summer session to finish up the pre-req classes.
  3. Did you guys take your pre-reqs at a community college or university? Do you think that the nursing school cares where you get your pre-reqs done? Thanks for the information
  4. Hi everyone, very important question that I need your answer/opinions on. I'm graduating college with a B.S. in Biology, but with a 2.3 GPA. I want to know if there is any possibility for me to get in the ACE program at Drexel, seeing that they require at least a 2.75, i am just wondering if they are flexible. Also what are the pre-reqs for drexel ACE? Thanks nursing forum members.
