    I just wanted to share that i started exercising to reduce my stress levels and the results are phenomenal. Running or biking in the gym for a half hour soothes me and allows me to focus. Anyone else had the same results?

    glad to see people are using exercise and natural ways of coping with stress instead of medications that have downsides to them. I will gladly keep on jogging and lifting.
