  1. glad to see people are using exercise and natural ways of coping with stress instead of medications that have downsides to them. I will gladly keep on jogging and lifting.
  2. You will be even less stressed if you do a 20 minute jog!!! its nuts how well it works cheers!
  3. I just wanted to share that i started exercising to reduce my stress levels and the results are phenomenal. Running or biking in the gym for a half hour soothes me and allows me to focus. Anyone else had the same results?
