i think you guys are in trouble ( or maybe not ) . i can see lots of things happening in your country , i mean in nursing business. such as blogs posting actual nclex exam question , compromised pt exam and fake nurses (i.e like your student's friend ). but i'm sure those are minorities. using lie detector machine when doing visa interview would be best solution to overcome this problem.

Yes, they are independent third party exam vendor. It's different form American Center. They do strictly business with U.S government companies ( such as NCSBN ) and major vendors whereas American Center ( promote American culture,politics and ofcourse Democracy. ) is under U.S government property . That's why I strongly recommend to conduct exam in American Center under the supervision of respective U.S authority.That's the only safest way.

Yeah , we never know. Its important to have exam facilities at America Center in Hong Kong , India , Korea , Philippines and China. American nurses like suzanne4,rn/writer and caroladybelle can raise the issue to respective Nursing authorities for consideration.

Hi Suzanne4, I agree with what you said above in this particular incident. I don't think Nurses will vpn to rough ISP proxy servers and hide their identity . I'm little bit carried away

base on experience : 1) usually those criminals they don't directly access to the blog , they use unconventional proxy servers from some isp usually located in russia, china via some sort of vpn tunnel .and some small island country permit you to have account without name/ id (scary , isn't it ? ) . they never co-operate with investigation , never configured to save server access logs and on top of that hard disk drive are encrypted using strong encryption. it makes virtually impossible to trace. 2) alternatively criminals maybe using zombie machine to post questions. ( remember the ddos attack launched using zombie machine on yahoo.com and other major website 7 yrs ago and until now authorities are unable to locate the attacker because there isn't any evidence ). conclusion: - under the supervision of us authority , this type of mission-crital exam should only conduct off-line in secure location ;-). p.s sory for my bad english.
