How did you go about making the change? What has been the impact of the change? 2.Flexibility/adaptability-----Describe a situation where you were responsible for getting others to make a change or do something. What role did you play and what actions did you take? What was the outcome? If you had to do it would you do anything differently? 3. Creative thinking -----Give examples to illustrate how you have generated ideas that represent thinking outside the box.” How were your ideas received by others? What became of the ideas?

I am really excited about an interview that I have coming up, but I need some tips about what are some things they are looking for, from a dermotology nurse. I have worked as a school nurse and also in the womens clinic but never with skin. I feel that it would be my passion and I would love working for a derm office, what should I know immediatly before going to this interview?

I can honestly say congs!!! because i was going throuhg so much discoragement and I finally got a job too and its school nurse ! and I love it, meanwhile I have an interview coming up for another job and I have to start preparing !!!

thanks, guys. Yes when i go in there i am so nervous and just feel like I freeze, i dont know why sometimes i dont know where to start because the questions are so tricky and there is not right or wrong asnwer, each one question has like 3 parts to it, and i dont know, i should just really practice a lot for it. I will check out that interview thread.. thanks :)

I currently work as a LPN in the VA hospital in a clinic.. I went to about like 5 interviews for RN positions in the Med Surg department and didnt get it, it is very sad, i feel like they already know who they want to hire and its very sad. When I first was interviewd here i was also in school for my RN, and now that I have my RN with BSN, I am still having a problems finding a job, and its so tough, because I have my RN since December of 2011. and Still work as a LPN. Isnt that sad. I have another interview set up but sometime next weel I already feel like they are laughing at me inside because they are not giving me a job. I currently have a per diem work as a RN for visiting nurse but that is not where I want to stay, I want a hospital position.... So basically working in the VA hospital- I love it, but I want to move up, and the interview process is so nerve wrecking maybe I am not answering enough. What should is the answer that they want for - explain a situation where you had to deal with an upset patient, and how you handled it?

i am about to start working my second job as an lpn in a descrete unit hiv unit i dont know how it will be and im kinda scared, i was going to totally refuse the job but i really need to work and i am hoping thay i can handle this and also i hope this wont be too much for me to handle because i only worked in a small ambulatory center before this. i dont have that much experience.... so any advice? from anyone?

that sux, they were not proffesional with u at all, and u should say something.... like i was intererviewd and then with no kind of an answer no one called me like they couldnt even say something instead of keep u thinking... u know

so anyway i will work in a clinic for a year and then hopefully get a job in the hospital of my dreams!
