  1. I notice they keep our records for a specific time. You just had your CES so I guess you're good to go.
  2. The above case processing time is only applicable when NVC received all your documents, you are done with DS 260 and your Priority Date is current. I heard once approved by a consular officer, visas are valid for only 6 months or earlier. You cannot migrate if your medical exam results are more than 6 months already. God bless on your journey!
  3. Hi Alberto73! Their website says that their Current Case Processing Time is 11 weeks (lets just say 3 months)but in my case, it only took 14 days from the date they received all my documents to the date they informed me ny Interview Date. They were right when they said that Interview Dates are usually scheduled ONE month ahead. Mine was 1 month and 15 days ahead to be exact.
  4. Hi! You will determine if there is a need to submit mentioned documents by logging into your CGFNS account and avail VISASCREEN service. From there, all required documents will be listed for you to comply. Tip: Avail 'E-Save' service from them as they will store all your documents for 2 or 4 years, depending on your preference, this comes with a fee. That way you do not have to process and resend papers everytime you avail for another of their services in the future.
  5. Hi! So I presumed ALL your papers and documents are with NVC, and have filled out the DS 260 online immigrant visa. Allow them 2-3 months before they inform you for your interview date with the instructions on how to submit yourself to a medical exam prior to your interview. Interview dates are usually announce a month ahead. Best wishes on your journey.
  6. Hi Philip. Were u done with your embassy interview?
  7. I appreciate your help Kramel! You're a blessing. Thanks!
  8. My working visa has been hold for quite some time now, my priority date in fact is feb 2006 and my immigration lawyer wants me to pass nclex asap. i am more concern of the nclex part for now. Any help would be much appreciated. I will think about the employment part AFTER i pass NCLEX.
  9. I am done (since OCTOBER 2012) with my CES (it states: report issued), I have emailed IDFPR likewise (the [email protected] suggested by an online user, have asked my friends in IL to call them BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FINGERPRINTS Since, I am so confused with my case, I registered on Continental Testing Service (just minutes ago) for NCLEX RN BUT the option to pay thru credit card is disabled (is it really supposed to be like that?) so I did not have the choice but chose to have it printed and WILL mail it to them with a bank draft $91. My CES will expire this Dec.28,2013, will I have to renew it again? Im a Filipino Nurse still here in the Philippines. Am I doing the right thing? pls. Help!
