  4. I just passed my board and I am in the middle of job hunting. Do we really need to have a resume when applying for a job? If so, do we have to include our clinical experiences? I have my resume but I don't know how to fix it or whatever you might call it. I want to include my clinical experiences but where do I put it or how should I format it. HELP!!!
  5. I just took my NCLEX almost a month ago and I only studied the Saunders CD and the NCLEX cram sheet that was given to me by my instructor. It helped a lot. The sooner u take it the better. I would suggest to study religions and cultural diversities. Most of my friends told me they had that questions. Best of Luck!
  6. I know how it feels. I just received my result and I passed but I had 205 questions. Seriously, I wasn't sure with mine either but I know the drugs and I only had 1 select all that apply question. I had everything.. as in everything from labs to procedures (almost the whole book of nursing), lots of prioritizing. I can't say "don't worry too much" coz I've there but if u can try to relax. Best of luck to u :wink2:
  7. Whew! :nuke:I received my letter yesterday from Board of Nursing, at first I was really nervous because the envelop that came in was big (they told me if it is a big envelop, it usually means u failed because in that letter they also included the re-appliation form), my knees were shaking while I was holding the big envelop, when I opned it... what a relief .... it says "PASSED". I jumped and screamed yooohoooooooooooooooooooooooooo...... :rollI PASSED, I PASSED, I PASSED! :heartbeatI sent a text messages to all my friends and relatives spreading the great news, I even sent one to that person who thinks that I failed too. He didn't txt me back. My friend told me that he called that person and he sounded bitter about the great great news. Oh well, life's been good to me. I want to thank you all very very much for giving me great support and keeping my hopes high!!!U GUYS ARE THE GREATEST!!!!
  8. Thanks!!! I really need that :). I hate this feeling grrrr.... waiting for the result makes me crazzzzyyyyyyyyyy especially this person I went to school with took the board 1 week early before me and just received the result "FAILED". His computer stopped at 85, now he's giving me negative thoughts saying (as if he is really sure) "we better study together because im really sure u failed too, i don't wanna disappoint u but we better study now!". What a friend huh? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr:angryfire he's pulling my hopes down. Oh well, I just wanna share this so at least i got it out (a little) of myself. whew! :typing
  9. HI every1. I just took my nclex and i got the maximum questions. I was really worried and asking my self "why isn't this computer shutting off?". When I left the testing center, GOD knows I wanted to cry. Most of my friends I knew their computer shuts off at 80ish question. Now, still worried and waiting for the result is much more worst. Most of my questions were out field questions. I'm not sure if I'm lucky enough due to my clinical exerienced (Thanks to my Great Instructors). 205 questions???? whew!
  10. Hi every1, i'll be taking my board soon. Any tips for me what to do/study??? just thinking about the exam makes me nervous :uhoh21:
