i am alos an lpn looking to start my own home health agency. i have been doing a lot of research on the internet and i have found a lot of useful info. i am answering a comment that was made to you. someone told you that you have to be an rn to be an administrator. that is not necessarily so. i found the m'care conditions of participation on the internet and in the tthese it states: Administrator is a licensed physician,or an rn, or Has training and experience in health service administration and at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs. good luck in your endeavor and don't let go of your dreams. marilyn [email protected]
