  1. Yes, he was CHF. I knew that Natrecor was a synthetic BNP that made the heart contract stronger, but isn't that what dobutamine does? I just kept second guessing myself all night about if I should have run the drips at the same time, even though his notes said that he wanted the natrecor "as well as" the dobutamine.
  2. I had a patient last night that the MD asked me to run a natrecor gtt and a dobutamin gtt at the same time. Can someone explain why both at the same time? This was a CHF pt with severe SOB and cardiomegaly and EF 20%.
  3. I am getting encouraged as I read about those of you who passed and recieved many "select all that apply" type questions. I know I answered at least 5 of those and then there were plenty of "which client to see first" type questions as well. I had 265 questions. Im just ready to hear how I did...one way or another. Took my NCLEX yesterday, so tomorrow I will know!
  4. I won't find out until tomorrow around 2pm what I made on the NCLEX and I am really CRAZY with worry, so my plan is to clean the house like Im expecting company and to start looking for a new house on the internet, which is contingent upon me passing, but I'm going to pass!!! Saying it with the confidence that I don't feel;)
