We do self scheduling and it works out great. Each nurse works every 3rd weekend (1 a month) and then we fill in our other days around that. We do 3 12's a week, no problems so far.

It is so much easier to do them once you've had a successfull stick. I was lucky and I got my first one in w/o any problems, took off soooo much pressure. I missed a few after, but it wasn't as bad. Keep up the great work!! :biggringi :balloons:
