  1. OK I started out by gaining weight, becoming too stressed and not exercising.Then I realized I was weargin an 18, never had I been this size before. I was feeling tired and I had to stop the weight, so I did like many others. I went to my doctor told him my sob story. He gave a RX for Adipex. I take a half a pill a day, and it helps to curb my appetite. I started in Febuary and have lost 32 pounds so far. It has been a long, and tedious process. I still get to exercise like I use to, but at least the weight is coming off. Good luck and hang in there.
