The same happened to me as well. I thought I had failed because I heard so many stories of passing with 75 questions only. So after 75 questions I was a little distraught. After 150 questions I got nervous. After 200 questions I started to lose it. And after 230 questions...well, you know how it goes! I even know for a fact that I missed my last question. So yes, you can get all 265 questions, get the last question wrong, and PASS!

1. How many questions did you take on NCLEX? all 265 (and Passed) 2. What study materials did you use? Did you take a test review course? Just a book, Kaplan. Only good for the practice questions. 3. Did your SON offer any testing (ERI, ATI, HESI)? ERI 4. How long did you wait for results of the test, or are you still waiting? Took it Sat morning, posted on the BON website Monday morning....free result! 5. What were your thoughts coming out of the test (total disbelief, certainty you had failed, confident you had passed)? TOTALLY FAILED, there was no doubt in my mind! I started to tear up after 230 questions! 6. Was this your first attempt at NCLEX? Yeahhh
