Hi guys! I'm really confused about the competancy assessment programm in New Zealand. I'm a german trained nurse, pass the NCLEX RN and have over 9 years work experience on an ICU. Do I need to take the CAP, too, or only new grade nurses without enough work experience????????????? Please help! Thank you very much for your help in advance!! Regards, Ilana:o

Dear Suzanne and Silverdragon, I'm a little bit confused regarding the visa screen certificate. When do I need it for the first time?:uhoh21: I thought I need it for the first time for the employe and the I-140 petition. Is it right that I need it only for the us embassy in germany and the border and not before? I'm really confused, please help. Hi to everyone! I'm new hear. I'm from Berlin (Germany) and sent my application for CVS New York two months ago. Yesterday cgfns sent me a mail and told me that they can't review my documents because they need the transcript validation form from my nursing school. Sorry, but I don't have any idea what it is!? Is it the same like the academic records? If yes, so why cgfns don't send the authorization form for academic records to my school? Then they will receive the records from my school. I really don't understand this, I really don't know what they want! Could anyone help me, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease? Thank you very much for every help! Ludazka
