So does your director have a stack of resumes from nurses waiting for a position to open up ? How did you get your position as a school nurse, if you don't mind sharing. What do you do with your summers....do you work additional nursing jobs? Thanks. jen
How much experience does the Bentonville school district require in order to land a school nurse job? Would they considerd a new graduate with their RN? Also, approximately how many nurses are working in your district and how often does a position become available? Do you know anything about Vista Health up in NWA and what they pay as well? Thanks for any information you can give. Jen

I was just curious about school nursing up in the Bentonville area. 1. How many school nurses does the Bentonville school district have? 2. Do they hire new nurses every year (turn over rate)? 3. How much experience is required and is it possible to get the job with a few years of out of school? Also, do you know anything about Vista Health or any of the Psychiatric facilities up in NWA? Thanks. Jen
