  2. No I am from Florida at the present time I am working in rehab nursing. I was doing all hospital nursing in Virginia but since I moved to florida I found the wages are not as good so that is why I changed the line of work. I like this also. The money is good
  3. Fiona be careful how you state being a team leader to keep the cna motivated. We are not drill sargents the cna either can break or make a nurse. I have worked with many useless cna but it tuff to get them out How long have you been a nurse
  4. I am an LPN that works in florida I say go for it and enjoy. I did my nursing in virginia 7 yrs ago and moved here to northern florida myself. I had to learn what the state of fl. could do as a lpn in virginia we did the exact things as the rn but could not work in specialty units but that was fine. The money is not good in the hospital here in florida for lpn but it is wonderful in nursing homes with skilled rehab therapy it feels as if you are in the hospital setting you do alot of the same stuff good luck :) :balloons:
