As it turns out, the way the question is written lets me off the hook. On the physical, it states "conditions or medications YOU THINK your instructors should be aware of." I don't think they need to be aware of it so I feel better. All your feedback was great. Thanks

I'm about to start an LPN program and need to submit the physical. I've read alot on this site about nurses on different psych meds. I've been on zoloft, a low dose, for 8 years for an episode that occurred after a move. I've never relapsed, but stayed on the meds because I felt so much more productive. Do I submit this information? Could they rescind my acceptance? Any feedback would be great. Thank you. .

Hi: I'm new here and just got accepted to the LPN program at Florida Community College in Jacksonville. This will be really new for me as I have a masters in social work, but have been thinking about nursing for several years. (too many prereqs to start RN right now). Any feedback on the program and/or what its like to work as an LPN in Northeast Florida (or any area of Florida). I'd love to have a better idea of what I will be doing (and if I can!!!) Thanks.
