I am 35 yrs old, I started pursuing a degree in nursing back in 2000. It has been a struggle(family, job, etc) since then. I have a few credits less than 20 towards LPN. I've decided not to let anyone or anything get in my way, but I will pursue and finish this time. I am a member of the Army National Guard, and would like to obtain a degree and hopefully, transfer my job skills(degree) to become an Army Nurse. That is my dream. My background is nursing assistant I have been licensed in the state of Maryland since 1993. I am presently working in the banking/insurance field approximately 3 years experience. I need advice from anyone who may have some knowledge into this drastic career change. HELP!
