  1. When did you graduate? May 18 When do you test? July 9 Did you take a review course? Yes, Kaplan! What are you using to study? Kaplan Qtrainer/Qbank/Coursebook, Saunder's Comprehensive Review, Pharmacology Made Insanely Easy... How often are you studying? 1-3 hours/day... Hope we all pass!!! =)
  2. thank you for posting this! i was just about to do it... btw, i take my nclex on july 9th! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
  3. The Hawaii BON application is wayyyy simpler too. It's only 2 pages!!! Anyway, I turned in everything about two weeks ago so right now, I'm just waiting for my ATT. My classmates who all applied to Hawaii BON already received their ATTs. I'm worried that it's taking quite a while, but I read that it takes a minimum of 3 weeks in IL? I hope your application process goes smooth... Best luck to you! =)
  4. I am applying for UIC's RN-BSN program this fall. I have already a biochemistry course, but it didn't have a laboratory component. Did the bioc. course that you all took included a lab component? Thank you and good luck to you all!
  5. romie, did you already pay the $200.00 exam fee with NCSBN? or do you wait until you receive your ATT? thank you...
  6. I am having trouble completing the IL examination application form. Is it preferrable to complete the online or paper application??? Which one will get my app. processed faster? It is a very long application. And do i have to be graduated to apply for examination? Many of my classmates here in Hawaii have already applied for the examination although we won't be graduating 'til may 18. Do I still have to complete a transcript request in my school although the ED-NUR form will be given/signed by our director of nursing? Any response will be greatly appreciated... muchos graciassss
  7. I am being interviewed for a position in the Cardiac Tele in GAMC and DOU in WMMC. Any pros or cons for both? It'll be greatly appreciated! Thank you =)
  8. I Heard From Many That The Long Wait Is Primarily Due To Transcripts Being Sent Off From School. I'm Still Contemplating. I'm From Hawaii, But I Think I Would Just Take My Exam In California Since You May Also Apply For An Interim Permit To Work While Waiting To Sit For The Exam. I Don't Know.... =/
  9. I've lived in Maui almost my entire life. There is only one main hospital in the island, which is MMMC. It's a wonderful hospital, but is somehow obsolete compared to many hospitals in the mainland. hope this helps! :)
