  2. Thanks Terry for your sharing and support. A home heath agency actually hired me yesterday knowing all about my loss of vision in left eye. Said they were willing to work with me. There is hope like you said. Thanks again. May God smile on you each day.
  3. Had surgery for massive retinal detachment recently. My lens was removed during the procedure. Prognosis for any vision in eye is poor to none. I am an RN and am going through some huge mental adjustments and learning a whole new set of coping skills. Well that's my goals. Right now I'm scared and paranoid that I won't be able to work anymore...that someone will knock at my front door and ask me to surrender my drivers license...etc. Could use some support, please.
