Having been through the dark tunnel of persistent back pain and now being able to function normally post insertion of rods, I felt very relieved to read a article about a Canadian hospital providing a mobility scooter when needed for their RN's. Hi- I am half way thru a reentry program through CASboard but this doesn't seem to be what you're needing. Mayb you could arrange a transition program in acute care to suit your needs.
