  1. Hi, My school also used the ATI program. We had the books, CD's etc. I really took and retook the practice tests, but you get to know the answers and so it's not all that helpful. At the end of school they had us take the predictor test. I did get a 98% chance of passing nclex on the first try. Then after school we automatically got to participate in the virtual ati. I did all the tests, but didn't like the fact that they didn't let you review the predictor test results. On that I got a 99% chance of passing the nclex. I take the NCLEX RN in 4 days (the 29th). Overall, I didn't really care for ATI ~ so I also took the 3 week ncsbn. I liked that better and I hear the questions are more like the nclex. I will let you know how it goes. I wish everybody luck! It will be nice when this is all over!
  2. Semarj911 I'm sorry to hear of your situation. The NCLEX is NOT easy as 2Brichielpn08 already posted and it is NOT easy as most people who have taken the test have posted on these forums. (woodenpeg, good for you if you thought it was easy, but consider Semarj911's feelings... I think maybe your testing skills are fine, but check the "bedside manner") Anyway, I wish you the best of luck. Try dividing up your study time. Just keep trying....I'm rootin' for ya!!
  3. Good Luck, Yes dog! I'm rootin for ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :yelclap:
  4. Yesdog, you are a riot. I got a good laugh out of your post. I too can totally relate! My mind is swimming in all this. I test the 29th and I've been studying for 2 weeks day in and day out and I don't feel like anymore can seep in. And my rear end is growing wider by the day! Maureen, Go for it! There's no way we can know it all. Your grades sound good!! Good luck!!
  5. Hey Champ01... I'm with ya for the studying for NCLEX (7/29/09). It seems like I am spinning my wheels. I am not taking Kaplanthough, I'm doing a variety of ATI, NCSBN, NCLEX 3000, NCLEX 3500, and going over my text books. It is all so frustrating. Some tests I will score really well on and feel like I'm doing well, then I'll take another test and damn...right back down. I'm just sending encouragement your way and wish you the best! When do you test?
  6. Yay! I'm glad you've got a good feeling about it! How many weeks did you study, and how many hours a day? Also, how were your grades in school? I'm wondering, cause I did pretty good in school, I do well on some test reviews (ATI) but some of the questions are sooo hard. It seems I do on cardiac and respiratory, but haven't been doing as well with Peds and maternity newborn...hmm just curious from input from anybody who has taken it! Thanks
  7. Oguesswhat, my thoughts are with you today! Good luck and looking forward to hearing how it went! I take mine the 29th (yikes), I'm doing ATI, NCLEX 3000, NCLEX 3500 and something else online that I found a link to on this forum. I aim for a few hundred a day, plus read drug books, my textbooks and whatever else. I'm basically in isolation taking care of my 95 year old grandma until I take my boards. I planned it this way so I could study and not be bothered with anything else. Hopefully it will pay off. To everyone else on this board I thank you for this fellowship, it gives me a break from studying etc and lets me know I'm not alone... I am grateful for that. I wish everyone the best of luck my heart and prayers go out to all!:typing:luvnltr:!!
  8. I take mine the 29th as well.... Where are you taking yours? I'm in the Virgin Islands, so I'll be taking mine on St. Thomas! I'm hoping I can get this the first time around. Good luck with your studying!
  9. Good luck to you! I take mine on the 29th of July... woo hoo!
  10. Congratulations on passing your NCLEX. I am scheduled for the 29th of this month. I haven't heard of the exam cram...what is it? Where do you get it? and how long will it take to get through? As my days are getting less and less as far as preparing go, I'd really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks and good luck to everyone awaiting the NCLEX!!!
