  1. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!! Poor child! Yes, that will be a tough one for me..the ethics issues, that is. I do plan on a PALS course as well. I appreciate your reply. The wonderful thing about all this is that I have retired twice, and do not HAVE to work, but WANT to work. That does give me the opportunity to land in the best place, where I can be of best use to the organization, as well as enjoy my profession. Again, thanks so much!
  2. Your opinion would be valued! Just finished clinical RN Refresher course, and look to return to PICU after 27 yrs in medical sales career! Started as RN, finishing as RN...I guess it all comes back around! 56yrs old, high energy, what are pitfalls and or suggestions???
  3. Best ones to work.....RN pay rates? Hospitals where assigments located? Home Care Agencies? Frequency of cancellation? Which specialties are needed most?? Any other info you feel would be helpful?
  4. 27yrs out of nursing, and returning!!! Would like any and all info from others on best places for "young 56yr" olds to work!! Charlotte area, have not decided on specialty yet, did Pedi ICU for 10yrs, many yrs ago! Best shoes? Crocs? Dress codes? Best stethoscope to purchase?? Anything you think I should know?!? Currently finishing the AHEC RN refresher course out of UNC Chapel Hill. PLEASE.....Tell ALL !!!!!!
