  1. This is very informative and useful. Thank you!
  2. Mine was filed last February 7, 2017. In May, the status of my application was, "Request for Additional Evidence" mailed and was given until June 3 to respond. I communicated this with my agency and I was told that they will take care of it. Up to now the status is still the same. I was advised that online status is not updated. Now I am worried and anxious. The waiting period is agonizing. I have been told that just in case I will get denied, they will re-file and usually refiled cases get approved. But then original/old priority date will not be retained. Sigh.
  3. Thank you for the response. I got pregnant then got busy juggling work and family that's why I was not able to register. Suzanne, is there a way to know whether my files have been destroyed? Also, i plan to register today and hopefully get my ATT. I was told that ATT expires within a year from the date of issuance. Does this mean I have one year to review? I have applied at California state and intend to take the NCLEX here in Manila, Philippines. Your response will be highly appreciated.
  4. Hi, All. I received the Eligibility Notice for NCLEX-RN Examination dated August 8, 2006. Last paragraph of the notice says that file will become inactive and will be destroyed if: You do not register with Pearson VUE within 2 years from the date of eligibility letter - So this means I only have 3 days left. You do not test and the ATT expires within (2) years from the date of this eligibility letter - I am confused with this statement. Does this mean that I have to register and take the test within 2 years from the date of eligibility letter? Does this mean, I only have 3 days left to take the NCLEX? I have not registered yet but I plan to before August 8. But I need clarification on this because I am not prepared to take the exam. I do not want to waste money.I was told that there is no more available slot until 2009 at Manila test center. So does it mean I have to take the NCLEX outside the Philippines? Please enlighten me. Thank you very much
