I'd like to know where to go also as I feel like retirement will not be an option as I am recently divorced at 52. If an agency is JCAHO accredited comps are required. As a director I do like to know we're sending competent people into patient's homes.

try to go with a JCAHO certified agency. It really does make a difference. Your paperwork will have to be perfect but you'll pick it up and at least ypu'll know it's a reputable agency.
