Hi.I've been looking for affordable online chem class in order to take organic chem. I got c on chem in the nursing school so I like to retake it before I take oranic chem. That was more than 6 years ago. I can't remember any of chem. I finally found iowa community college online consortium. They have college chem(151,152) and general chem(166,176). I was going to take general chem becuase general chem is higher level that college chem but they only offer gen chem 1 via online. I don't want to finish half of a book here and half book there. Can I take college chem in order to get a good grade on organic chem? Or taking general chem is better? Do you know any affordable online chem. New Englnd and OSU are so expensive.

CRNA admission requires ccrn exam.What is it? I have a rn licence(I've been working on med/surg floor for 3yrs as a rn).Is is different from rn exam?

Hi.I really want to be a nurse anestestist but I have a 4 month old son.My mon takes care of him when I am at work.I really want to take part time program but there is none in missouri. And it is imporssible to move to different states.And I have to work part time.I was wandering if I can take some classes before I actually start the program. Does anyone know?

Hi.I came here 4yrs ago and became a RN.I've seen a lot of foreign doctors.They speak enough English to communicate with nurses and pts.Even though they don't speak fluent English, they seem to practice well. I'm planing to go to NP school this fall.I'm wondering how they work,if there is any foreing NP. Do you think that I don't have any language problem? I mean...Do I have to speak fluent English to work as a NP? Thank you

Hi. I'm a RN on med-surg floor. Research sounds really exciting!!. Do you work independently? My understanding is that you see patients and follow up their labs and stuff. Is this independent job? I like working alone but that doen't mean I don't like to talk to patients. In fact, I am kind of tied of dealing with people(family, doctors, and some times patients). Could somebody tell me how you spend your time every day and whom you talk to? Thank you.

Hi. I am a RN on med-surg floor.Before I decide to go to NP school, can some NPs tell me about "independently working"? For example, as a nurse, I have to get an order from doctors...even for Tyrenol. I would like to ask you who are working in ahospitaland (especally) a clinic about this question. Do you have to contact with doctors, everytime you see a patient? or Do you give them report at the end of the day? or Do they call you and tell you what to do a lot? Some people say that doctors review pt's chart every month or so. some say 24hrs. Can you please tell me how you work and how you spend your day.I would like to know details. I really want to work independently instead of following orders. How independant are you?

clinic np don't have to work with docs? I am rn i am sick of working with docs who think they are god... I am thingking about going to np school. I just want to see patients.. i am really sick of working with docs and arrogant nueses.... Clinic np..how does it work? and do you get productivity bonus?

Do you REALLY get productivity bonus? A lot of hospitals try to give less money to NP even if they promise that they are gonna give productivity bonus. I wonder if being NP is really worth it if they don't get productivity bouns...

After going though articles here, I am so disappointed about being a NP. Their paycheck is worse than what I expected. It seems that most NP are salaried and get poductivity bonus. I asked one of NPs in my hospitial if they really can get bonus. she said she is salaied but if you go to clinic, you can get bonus. Do they really get productivity bonus? It seems that most NPs don't get bonus even after they bill four hundred thousand something!!!. Is it true? Are u satisfied with you pay check? How do you get paid? salaied or youly?
