  1. cool deal, see you guys there
  2. You can write a check but you would have to write out two. One for the class and one for the card.
  3. Call the delgado ems department @ 504-671-6221. Sometimes they take a while to answer, if you cant get in touch with them. If you want the instructor's cell phone# private message me.
  4. I am going to a class at Delgado on Tuesday the 18th. I guess they got enough people to sign up. Anyone else going?
  5. I purchased the nursing pak yesterday. I think it is a rip off. All it had in it was 3 single packs of gauze, 2 dressing trays, and a small half filled vile of sodium chloride. In order to purchase the pak you need to bring a copy of your class schedule.
  6. Thanks, I did call them but I may get a class before the holidays.
  7. Please, that would be helpful. Also, I have put my name on a wait list at Delgado. Someone in Delgado's EMS department said she will schedule a class before the holidays if she gets a few more students to sign up.
  8. Anyone know a place I can go to for the CPR class. A few places I have called are booked until February. I still havent reached East Jefferson but Im not optimistic about what they are going to say.
  9. i'm done with everything except i havent had the time to take a cpr course yet. i've started purchasing some of the books. they can be much cheaper online than buying from the school.
  10. Are you in the evening or day division?
  11. because while trying to find the answer myself. I was looking throughout several different forums and the general consensus seems to be that the cardiology III is one of the best
  12. White zippered top, white scrub bottoms, white shoes, white lab coat. :angryfire
  13. at advising I was told we would need a sthethoscope with a bell and a diaphragm. Now having no previous experience with sthethoscopes I have no idea what to look for. I want to get a littman cardiology III, but don't know if it meets those requirements. Any help?
  14. I am starting in jan evening but I do not live on the northshore. The parking situation is going to be kind of hectic. Sometime before the semester begins a bulliten will be put up with instructions on how to participate in a random drawing. If your name is pulled you get an assigned spot for that semester only. You will of course have to pay a fee. If you are unlucky, as I found out during advising, you will have to find your own parking around the city.
  15. I finally received advising info letter today.
