  1. Thank you, Suzanne. By the way, can you name a few states w/c doesnt require a SSN to get a license? Thanks again!
  2. But if you get the letter from CA, they do not issue a license without the SSN# and you have three years to gvie them that, if not, then your file gets destroyed and therefore your results from the NCLEX exam will go with it. Ms Suzanne, What if 3 years have passed and your still in the Philippines and not in California but you've sent a new set of application for licensure, would CA BRN still destroy the results of your NCLEX exam??
  3. Hello! Do I need to pay the New Mexico Board of Nursing when I send the form: Validation of Registration/License for the VisaScreen Certificate in which they will send to ICHP? If yes, how much and can I pay using a bank draft? Do you have any idea how long will the Board be able to send that form to ICHP? Thanks for your help!
  4. I'm planning to take the New Mexico NCLEX Exam. Where can I get a copy of the fingerprint cards? Is this website correct for ordering fingerprint cards: http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/forms/description-fd258.htm If not, can you help me to locate in the Web where I can order. In addition, after submitting all the requirements including the fees, how long will it take for me to receive my Letter of Eligibility? Thank you for your reply.
