I think most universities now offer accelerated programs. All of them in Atlantic Canada do. If you are an international student, tuition is somewhere around $15,000/year I think; obviously that varies university to university.

I pay about $6500/year. I believe Newfoundland and Quebec have the "cheapest" nursing school tuition. However to take advantage of Quebec's cheapest tuition you need to be a resident there for the previous 6 months before attending school. Memorial U. in Newfoundland's tuition for international students is about $14,000/year.
