I am a new grad and want to work in the prison system. I want to work nights and I am interested in psych. Do you know if they hire new grads or how much experience you have to have? I am also from CA. I just got my notice that I passed the NCLEX and am waiting for them to send me my license in the mail.

I passed the PN Nclex.....Yeah! I took almost 7 weeks to get my results....I took the test 6/14 and got my resluts on 7/31.....I am in CA so it takes forever to get your results....Good luck to everyone still waiting....You can do it.....

I took my test on 6/14/08 in Anahiem....I just got my results on 7/31/08....I passed....Yeah.....It took almost 7 weeks to get my results....It was very frustrating waiting so long....I guess they are really behind....Good luck to everyone still waiting......

I took my test June 14. It has been 5 weeks today and I have not got my results yet. I called the state board on Friday and they told me they were working on June 8 and it would be another week. My friend took hers June 10 and still no results. They are taking 6 to 7 weeks. Once you recieve your results and pay the $125 for your license then it takes another 3 to 4 weeks to get your license. I had 85 questions so I am praying I passed, but the wait is killing me.

They told me it would be at least another week for me to recieve my results. My friend took her test 6/10/08 and she still has not recieved her results. It is taking about 6 to 7 weeks to get the results and then it takes another 3 to 4 weeks after you pay the $125 license fee to recieve your license.
