I think Ila's comment would be a tactful way to address this. It is the student's money however, & some folks just have to find out the hard way. As far as personal motivation, you can not really be judgmental about that. if they are not cut out for it, they will find that out.

Our company president and his wife are taking the staff out to a nice rest. for lunch (their treat) and giving us the afternoon off, with pay. Very nice place to work!! :yelclap:
