  1. we have to get a 75% average on our tests first, then they add in the rest. no rounding! 74.9 is failing! lost a lot of people that way! we also have to take a math exam (med calculations and such) every semester (sometimes two per semester, one in the beginning and one in the end) and get a 90%. you only get two chances and then you're done! we have a little bit of math on some of our regular exams too, which helps out alot!
  2. okay, i failed my first ati last week. over half my class failed the med/surg one. we are seniors. i think most of us went home planning our suicides. some of the things on that test were ridiculous! i have never failed an ati test...why this one? the thing is, some of the smartest people in the class failed...that's not good! we have to retake it on monday, have class an hour later, prelab for the following day, have a makeup clinical on tuesday, and this is all during finals week. aaahhhh!!!!!!
