Hi - I realize this is an older thread, but was wondering about the requirements as well, like what vaccines are needed to enter the program? Did you ever find out? Thanks for your response!

Hi everyone! New to allnurses here. I realize you all moved to an FB group, but for any of you who are left, I'm curious what the program is like (hours at school, hours at study, etc - just any inkling of what I can expect) especially for someone with kids (3 & 10). I'm still doing pre-reqs, but would like to either apply to the ABSN or the Concurrent BSN w/SSC. I have 2 kiddos. It's just my hubby & I, no family or friends nearby for help. If I am accepted into the ABSN (looking at 2015), one of my children will be in middle school & the other just starting out in K. Coordinating care for them is key, especially during summers. With clinicals, etc, will this even be doable for us? Thanks for your help.
