Question on head lice
fyi. if someone is directing you to do something is an order. nursing is part of the medical team, part of medicine and part of the multidisciplinary team. if a team is compose of a medical doctor and a nurse the doctor is the one who has the final say, the doctor is the highest license and ultimately the one responsible.

To my preceptor, future students beware (rant)
Absolutely not. Some preceptors are inherently flawed either b/c their character traits or not preceptor material. Nevertheless we have all at one ot failed to meet the standards that other have of us. Maybe addreasung tge problem head can b benefual to both the student and the preceptor. 2nd time NCLEX-RN, 2nd time 265 Q's
the nclex is formatted in a mathematical algorithym. as you answer questions correctly the forthcoming ones become more difficult. at the same time this algorithym is assessing your overall competency. the number of questions does not have any bearing as to how you did. it is an anxiety causing event to wait for the results. do not rule yourself out. for now and until a more expeditous notification of results is established we must wait. good luck.
