  1. hi grace... I'm still in the philippines but i haven't even touched my profile yet. I just registered yesterday and got very excited to join the forum i decided to skip the create your profile part. How I wish i'm in the US. I will create my profile later when I finished my draft..... :)
  2. Immigration ultimately will just require you the VisaScreen Certificate so they won't actually meddle into telling you which English exam to take (take which one you feel confident and comfortable). For PTs you must take TOEFL and TSE, IELTS is yet to be considered for you. Eventhough our nurses take the NLE again, it might not be sufficient to redeem Philippines' regulatory bureaus' credibility.....So re-take will not guarantee that NCLEX-RN will be given here. The Board of Nurse Examiners and the Commission for the NCLEX-RN exam are looking into more than one aspect including the security of the country (terrorism will take part on this also not just security from leakage)..... All we can do is hope that they consider Philippines to save a lot of money with airfare (but of course you must add $150 plus VAT for international scheduling fee)..... For the June Passers, I know it must be hard to agree with the re-take especially when you passed fairly and on your own effort (those who self-studied)..... although you know yourselves very well, you must prove it. And if taking the exam again is the only way to do just that... then BE IT.... GOOD-LUCK to all of you.... You passed it once, You'll pass it again. Just hope that they let the flunkers take it again so we can have everyone on board and happy. :)
