  1. Well......after a 5 year hiatus, I decided to go back to college since I didnt take it too seriously the first time around! For 2 years now, I have been taking back to back semesters (year round) & working full-time. I have an overall 4.0 GPA and I also make the Dean's list depending on how many credits/courses I take each semester. I hope to continue doing as well when I get into the actual Nursing curriculum in August! Well congrats everyone keep up the good work! -K
  2. Hi Everyone! I'll be almost 28 when I start the ADN program this fall. After high school I went to college for about a year and a half, unmotivated and my mind in other places than in the books. I just didnt know what I wanted to do career wise so I decided to put school aside and get a job. After working for several years and realizing sitting behind a desk was not for me, I went back to school! I decided to enter the nursing program for many reasons. One big reason was because of the positive expierence I had with the RN's who took care of my ailing/dying grandmother. Yes there are angels among us! Keep Well everyone -K:D
