I am looking for an RN position in Denver and wonder what people thought about The Medical Center of Aurora. I am confused about there profile because it states is was established by nonprofit but then the last sentence Has the title of HCA which is a nation wide for profit hospital chain. In kansas city I heard only horror stories from nurses who worked for them. But on the other hand I have a family member who knows someone who says they can help get me in getting an ICU job there. I just graduated with a BSN and passed NCLEX and really want to work at a hospital provides a lot of support for new nurses. I am looking at St. Joseph (exempla), University Colorado, The Medical Center of Aurora. Any opinions on those three would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
