    FOR THE INFO OF EVERYONE: the review center that was involved inthis mess was St. loius Review center you can check out the article at federation of state boards for physical therapy http://www.fsbpt.org/news/news.asp. It's the same one who cried leakage in the June 06 NLE. looks like their the one involve in cheating in the 06 exam but cried wolf when their reviewers didnt make it to the top.
